Big Sago Seed (Red)

Sago is a starch extracted from the spongy center, or pith, of various tropical palm stems.
Sago is almost pure starch, rich in containing carbohydrate, protein, a small amount of fat and trace vitamin B family. In the Asia, Sago is the main dessert food, with its coarse powder soup, pastry and pudding.
